Motor
marking Verification
The project, realized for FIASA
(Fiat Brasil), consists in a station that manages the permanent labelling on
metal of the serial number of the produced motors.
The
system manages the entire station:

The
automation part

The
station entrance of pallett with motor. |

the
reading of the data of that specific motor from magnetic support to
radio frequency |

The
part of Identification
|
The
labelling of the base, with containing press and automatic application
of a self-sticking label the of identification data of the type of motor |

The
indelebile labelling of the number of matriculation of the motor |

The
verification part
|
The
rilettura through reader laser of the codes to bars printed on the
label, the aim to deliberate of the effective leggibilità and quality
of press |

The
reading, through television camera, of the number of matriculation and
the verification that:

The
marked number is effectively that one previewed for that motor |

The
adequacy of the form of the characters to the model deposited near
the ministry of the motorization. |

The
form of the “points” in order to verify the state of usury of
the labelling tool. |

| Labeling of
motor block, by print and apply of a label containing identification data

re-reading by means of laser reader of barcodes printed on label, in
order to verify the readability, correctness and quality of printing. |
| The reading,
by means of a camera, of serial number verify that:

marked number is correct and assigned to that motor, |
| The shape
of caracters is similar to the standard registered in motorization
department. |
| test of
the dimension of "dots", in order to verify the consumption
status of the tool. |
